What can you do today to indulge your Sage heart? Whether a Facebook live or a new YouTube channel focused on your particular zone of genius, done merely for the sake of teaching and entertaining, find ways to channel your Sage energy.

To empower your soul, focus on nurturing and nourishing your throat chakra, the chakra of self-expression and clear communication of your truth. Sing in the shower, chant mantra, or engage in a local kirtan class in your community. During meditation, practice drawing light into this area as you apply lavender oil to open the chakra and clear any energetic blocks.

One of the best ways for you to connect to your intuition, which will lead you to your next step, is to minimize stress in your life. For you, this can mean journaling using a free-form writing technique where you write down anything that comes to mind for 15 minutes. Without censoring. This will clear out the ego mind to open up the space for your creative communicator to come through. Allow time for yourself each morning to connect to your Sage heart.
