5 Energy Tips for Easy Self-Discipline in 2020 (and a life that works for you)
We are heading into a new decade, ripe with good intentions, positive affirmations, and courageous resolutions.
Which all require...(dare I say it?)...discipline.
Not the sexiest topic, I admit. However, I promise that by the end of this video, you are going to fall at least a little bit in love with discipline.
Here's why: discipline is a devotion to workability.
And 'workability' means your life is working for you (as opposed to you working for it).
So using just a tiny amount of energy directed toward discipline actually makes the rest of your life easier (versus not doing it, which makes life harder...so 'pick your hard').
Discipline is our access to creating the structures in our lives that serve as boundaries and containers for keeping the energy leaks out and drawing the good stuff in.
